What is TAT?

Turnaround time (TAT) is 6 weeks for anything made to order and 2 business days for anything that is ready to ship, unless otherwise stated. This does not include shipping time.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of these items being handmade to order, I will not offer refunds on anything after 24 hours.

I will only offer refunds for orders that are made incorrectly. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to me and we can discuss options.

Custom Seamless File Policy

I am happy to do customs with seamless files that you provide, but please check to make sure your file is seamless before uploading it. You can do so here.

I am not responsible for files that are uploaded and printed not seamless. If I catch seamless issues before getting fabric printed, it is the customer’s responsibility to reach out to the designer to get the issue fixed.

If fabric comes back not seamless, I will reach out to you to see if you would like to proceed with the non-seamless fabric or if you would like me to reprint. If you would like me to reprint, you are responsible for covering the cost of the reprinted fabric.

What's the difference between all the fabric types?

There are 2 main fabric types that I use for my styles: knit and woven. This refers to the way that the threads are composed to make the fabric. Knit fabrics have lots of stretch to them, where woven fabrics don’t.

When it comes to the different types of knit fabric that I use, the main ones are double-brushed poly (DBP) or rib knit. Rib knit has some texture to it and DBP is flat.
